On the night of November 14th, 2010, at the historic Louisville Memorial Auditorium, Kia Hampton, 21 of Louisville, competed against 50 other of the state's most beautiful women. The top five consisted of Fourth runner-up was Destiny Dever, third runner-up was Patrissa Richard, second runner-up Amanda Mertz, and first runner-up was Paige McKinnely.
