On November 14th, 2010, Stephanie Jones, 17 of Elizabethtown, was crowned the new Miss Kentucky Teen USA after beating out 35 of the state's most beautiful young women. The top five finalist were as follows (4th to 1st runner up) Jessica Casebolt, Taylor Watson, Brooke Cable, and Destin Kincer.
